Discovery Call

We phone you to discuss your project scope, budgets, and timelines for start and completion over the phone.

Consultation & Scope of Work Evaluation (Fees apply)

Once we determine that we're a good match, we'll schedule a comprehensive consultation to delve deeper into your project. During this meeting, we'll thoroughly review your plans, and if you're renovating, we'll conduct a walk-through of your home.

We'll establish the required scope of work, ensuring that every detail aligns with your vision. This working meeting typically lasts 90 minutes to 2 hours and is a crucial part of our design process, allowing us to fully understand your needs and aspirations.

Estimated fee Proposal (Fees apply)

Following our consultation, we craft a detailed and customised proposal agreement that includes your scope of work tailored specifically to your project. This proposal outlines all the necessary details and associated fees to meet your unique needs. Once the proposal is approved and signed, we can begin bringing your vision to life.

Concept Ideation

We propose a visual language to you in the form of imagery, mood boards, product samples and materials for your initial feedback. This defines the look and style for your project.

Detailed Design

Once the concept is defined and approved, we can begin to develop a detailed design for your project. The hard fit-out such as custom cabinetry, kitchen, and bathroom layouts are presented, colours and materials selected, including hardware and product selections for your project.

Soft fit-out selections such as furniture, rugs, and accessories are selected or we custom design to suit your project.  

Documentation

Our in house Archicad drawings include a high level of detailing. We design all custom cabinetry, bathroom and kitchen layouts, providing plans and elevations. All detailing outside the architects scope is included. 

We also provide a comprehensive finishes and fittings schedule for all contractors involved in the project.

Procurement

We can manage the procurement of products, we negotiate special rates, and oversee the delivery of products to your site, whilst liaising with your builder or project manager to suit the building schedule. 

Design Management

Observation of the construction phase ensures the design intent is upheld to the highest standard, coordinating with contractors, suppliers, your builder, and keeping you informed through meetings, and ongoing communication coordinating until project completion.
